Can Free T4 level 0.9 Prevent pregnancy?

A question sent to the official page few days ago,

Typically, if FT4 test results came 0.9, it’s still inside the normal range which is between 0.8-2 ng/dL (10-26 pmol/L) In adults: 0.7-1.8 ng/dL (9-23 pmol/L) In pregnant patients: 0.5-1 ng/dL (6.5-13 pmol/L).

So that, we can tell that there is no disturbances in the thyroid hormones to make effect on the pregnancy episode at all.

However, it’s uncommon for pregnant women to have hyperthyroidism (i.e. high ft4 level).

Moreover, Hypothyroidism (i.e. low ft4 results) can prevent a woman to have a pregnancy (abnormal menstruation) or be a cause of miscarriage, Although many women get pregnanct with low free T4 levels.

Symptoms of low FT4 during pregnancy are similar to pregnancy symptoms as well, such as fatigue and weight gain.
